Hockey NZ are excited to be working with Central Otago Hockey Association to provide development opportunities for the hockey community during the Pioneer Energy Tri Nations Women's International Hockey tournament in Cromwell. Please find the details below!

 

Umpire Mentoring Course - 10.30am-12.30pm Sunday 20th May, Cromwell Hockey Field Pavilion

This course is for existing umpires who would like to develop their skills to support the development of junior umpires. There is no cost to attend, all participants will need to register. Coaches Morning Tea - 9-10.30am Friday 25th May, Cromwell Hockey Field Pavilion 

This is an informal question and answer session with Vantage Black Sticks Womens Head Coach Mark Hager, Japanese Head Coach Anthony Farry, and Australian Women’s Head Coach Paul Gaudoin. All coaches from community to performance are welcome to attend, spaces are limited so register now. The cost is $10.00 and morning tea will be provided. Registrations close on Tuesday 22nd of May. Small Sticks Umpiring Course - 1-3pm Saturday 26th May, Cromwell Hockey Field Pavilion

This course is for new umpires and those who have only just started umpiring Small Sticks. There is no cost involved and all participants are required to register, if you would like further information please contact Colin French, 021 141 1822 colin.french@hockeynz.co.nz 

 

Club and Youth Coaching Course (New and Existing Coaches)  - 9.30am-12.30pm Sunday 27th May, Cromwell Hockey Field Pavilion

This course is for future and current coaches of the youth and club space who are wanting to connect with their peers and extend their knowledge and understanding to better support their athletes. If you would like to attend please ensure you register. The cost of the course is $10.00, morning tea will be provided. Registrations close on Thursday 24th of May. Drop-In Support Session (including STG!) - 12.45-2pm Sunday 27th May, Cromwell Hockey Field Pavilion
